MQHA Membership Application

The Mississippi Quarter Horse Association
Membership Types and Fees
Open Membership
$20 per year - $200 lifetime

Amateur Membership
$40 per year - $400 lifetime
(Amateur members must also hold a current open membership). Open membership is included in the above amounts.

Youth Annual Membership
$10 per year - or $50 for a Youth Life membership (good till you can no longer show in youth).

FYI:

You must show to 8 judges in the Point year to be eligible to win a year end award!

To receive points in Open Classes, the OWNER of the horse Must be a member in good standing with MQHA

To receive points in the Amateur & Youth classes, the OWNER & EXHIBITOR of the horse must be a member of MQHA, MAQHA or MQHYA respectively.

Effective November 1, 2011, All memberships are effective November 1-October 31 of the following year.

MQHA point year for year-end awards begins November 1

To generate growth of MQHA membership through marketing, promotion, advertisement, publicity, and education regarding the American Quarter Horse.
